Level Indicator Manufacturer

We produce level indicators for tanks that guarantee a constant, continuous and extremely precise measurement.

One of the main methods to guarantee safety and efficiency of industrial systems is the constant monitoring of the substances involved in the production process and contained in special tanks.

Operation is based on the interaction between a magnetic field of the reed sensors. A sensor is positioned at each measurement level. When the fluid level changes inside the tank, the float moves. The displacement of the float produces the movement of the magnetized element which, according to its position, stimulates one of the reeds.

Level Indicator

The level indicators are used to allow continuous visual measurement of a liquid in a tank. They are mounted laterally on both opened and pressurized tanks and on the upper part of the underground tanks. The production includes three types of instruments:

  • Magnetically coupled with visualization through “two-colored flags”. This indicator can be equipped with level alarms and / or with an electronic transmitter, with output on standard 4/20 mA signal. The latter can also be supplied separate from the level indicator
  • Glass, available in Tube, Transparency and Reflection versions
  • A dial for small and large tanks

They are instruments with high reliability thanks to the precision of their design and in the choice of the materials used. The level indicators allow the continuous visual measurement of a liquid in a tank.

They are mounted laterally on open and / or pressure tanks or on the upper part of the underground tanks.

The level line combines the reliability of proven sensors with the performance of modern electronic transmitters technology. Floating level gauges are available for point and continuous measurement, capacitive, vibrating, ultrasonic, radar and guided micro-wave indicators. In addition, to have an ongoing level measurement on non-pressurized tanks, it is possible to adopt immersion devices, which work according to the hydrostatic principle.
